The Evolution of Glass has been going since centuries. With the invention of float glass a new era of Glass Designing evolved. However Stain Glass and cast glass designing was practiced centuries ago but the trend of Acid Textured and Sandblasting glass was very new. Innovation in machinery led to a complete creative field of Decorative glass.

The reaction of glass with acid and alkalis for different duration of time and space renders different textures to the glass surface enhanced with Air Brushing(coloring) techniques.
Fused glass provides a complete mural effect to the flat glass surface. Glass is heated at high temperatures where it melts and takes the shape of mould. It is also called as kiln-forming or slumping. Cold Fusion is another technique where glass pieces are stuck to the glass.
Stained Glass really doesn’t need any description. It is formed by using original colored glass and joining the pieces with lead to form a complete glass pane. It has always found application in church and monasteries. Today Stained glasses have taken a complete different look. Beveled shaped glass pieces, figured glass, metals, fiber and many different elements are used to make stained Glass.
